Hi! I'm Sakura!

Originally from sunny Singapore and currently living in freezing New York, I am a Film and Animation graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology.

I spend my time watching anime, browsing the internet, building cosplays, and being obsessed with kpop. I'm fluent in Mandarin Chinese and enjoy learning pieces on the piano.

I specialize in 2D animation, but also have experience in video equipment, photography, and motion graphics design. In the industry, I have done freelance jobs in as an animator, motion graphic designer, photographer, and interned at Dead Radio Star Productions as an Assistant Producer. Currently, I work full-time at Windstream Enterprise as a Specialist in the Order Processing department. Those are fancy words explaining I input, create circuit orders and assist downstream teams on building them. It's a fast-paced and ever changing job, but in my spare time, I still try to keep my artistic side open.

Fun fact: I started a bullet journal in 2019 to be more organized and keep track of my planning. I love the creative process of it so far. My goal for 2019 is to also start learning the violin.
